I specialize in total body, functional movements, bodyweight exercises, cardio development, and barbell/dumbbell lifts, that promote lean muscle growth and fat burning. Coming from a background of various sports and activities, I have a wealth of cardio exercises along with weight training techniques to get you the results you want.
