Johann is an Icelandic trainer located in Beverly Hills, California, specializing in resistance, competition, personal, weight loss, and fitness training. He has 30 years experience in the world of fitness. “For the last 17 years, personal training has been my full time job.” Johann has been the trainer for many professional fitness competitors: a Body for Life champion and a former Miss World. He has been a guest nutrition writer for “The Host” food magazine, and is the creator of the Back-To-Basic-Diet which focuses on simple and whole foods. He effectively motivates clients of all ages to achieve their fitness goals.
