Tasha is a nationally certified personal trainer and nutritionist. She holds certifications from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and APEX. Having worked in the fitness industry for more than a decade, Tasha has trained at the top gyms in Los Angeles and now calls Muscle Mechanics her home. Additionally, she was “Miss Arizona” and placed in the top 15 at “Miss USA”.
Tasha is skilled in pre and post-natal workouts and has experience teaching yoga and Pilates. In addition, she has an extensive dance background and incorporates that into her training as desired. Her specialties include fast and effective fat loss, as well as post-injury rehabilitation and strength training. She prides herself on being stretch certified and helping her clients to regain range of motion and flexibility.
Tasha is constantly improving her training abilities through continued education courses and daily in-the-gym work. She offers private one-on-one personal training, as well as couples training (ask about her couple’s discount).
